Technical parameters of conveyor scraper
2023-10-18The UHMWPE conveyor scraper provides a wear-resistant and non stick option, which can effectively transport bulk materials. The low friction surface coefficient ensures that the material falls smoothly at the end of the conveyor, thereby greatly reducing backhaul and downtime to material accumulation.
In order to adapt to the design of different universal scraper conveyors, we can customize the scraper according to your drawings or samples using CAD based software and manufacturing processes.
Technical parameters:
Material: Pure ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene is white. The recycled ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is black. The anti-static UHMW is black. The thickness tolerance of UHMW is+/-10%.
Plastic (high-density polyethylene) scraper is an economical and practical solution.
The nylon scraper has good wear resistance and a longer service life.
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene sheet has low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, and high cost-effectiveness.
Style: The scraper conveyor blades are manufactured according to the original manufacturer's design. Unless otherwise specified, the cutting edges are square.
Customized scraper: Non standard scraper can be customized according to your specifications.
Temperature: -22 ° F to+180 ° F or -51 ° C to+82 ° C
