PE sheet
PE sheet (polyethylene sheet) is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin whose surface can be filled, embossed, or frosted. PE can be modified and customized by adding glass fiber, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber to meet unique application requirements, such as glass fiber reinforced PE boards, PE modified boards, and PE flame retardant boards.

用途：
1.医用器具部件,密封件,切割板,滑动型材.广泛用于化工，机械、化工，电力，服装、包装、食品等行业。广泛用于燃气输送、给水、排污、农业灌溉、矿山细颗粒固体输送，以及油田、化工和邮电通讯等领域，特别在燃气输送上得到了普遍的应用。
2.本品具有柔软、耐屈绕、耐寒、耐热、阻燃、防水、导热系数低、减震、吸音等优良性能。可广泛用于中央空调、建筑、化工、医药、轻纺等行业。
3.饮用水污水管道、热水管道、运输容器、泵和阀门部件、医用器具部件、密封件、切割板、滑动型材。广泛用于化工、机械、电力、服装、包装、食品等行业。
注意：
pe板材在生产制造时需要注意原料的选择和施工工艺。
pe板材的制造原料属于惰性分子原料，原料的流动性差，这一点多少给pe板材的制造带来了一点小麻烦，所以pe板材的制造原料的选择很重要。为改变原材料流动性差造成的冲模困难，气态物增加的问题，在选择原材料时要选择加入了一些润滑剂的原料，润滑剂的选择主要有硬脂酸和盐类。这样生产出的pe板材材质均匀，没有气泡。
在施工手法上可以通过改善施工工艺来得到更加优良的pe板材。主要的改善工艺方法有，把握好进料的量的问题，事前计量好需要的料的多少，不要多料或缺料，对于pe板应调较高的料量。更好采用高压快速的注射方法来生产，这样可以得到较好的板材。
